I’ve never lifted before — is this for me?

Absolutely — most of my clients start exactly there. We begin with the basics, at your pace, with zero judgment, and you’re coached on every rep.

Do you train in person or online?

Both. In-person around Perrysburg and Greater Toledo (including in-home), plus online and hybrid coaching anywhere, with custom programming and check-ins.

I have an old injury or deal with pain. Can I still train?

Yes — this is a specialty of mine. I’m certified through Barbell Rehab, so I’m trained to coach the lifts safely around pain and injury history, modifying as needed.

Will lifting heavy make me bulky?

No. Strength training builds capability, confidence, and a strong, healthy body — not unwanted bulk. We train toward your goals, and you stay in control of them.

What does it cost?
